CCHS 2nd Annual Christmas Spectacular
CCHS students shined at the 2nd Annual Christmas Spectacular, sharing the Ukrainian tale ‘The Christmas Spider’ and holiday music to support the Angel Tree program.

Cumberland County High School students utilized their wonderful talents to present the Ukrainian legend “The Christmas Spider” to the community as a way to raise money for the angel tree located at the Board of Education office. At 6 pm on Monday December 1 at Living Word Ministries, CCHS students read lines from the Ukrainian tale and sang holiday songs to captivate the audience and celebrate the Christmas season. As guests walked in, they received a spider ornament which correlated with the performance. At the end of the production, the audience was treated to a yummy trail mix made by Ms. Melissa Flowers’s Culinary classes. Students put on a terrific show and director Mrs. Kasey Logan was extremely proud. She hopes to continue the Christmas Spectacular every year!
